Hyperion Lightweld

Hyperion™ Lightweld is a high-quality,  fully integrated robotic laser welding and cleaning system. Designed to be easily programmable using the teach pendant drag and drop facility or manually guiding the robot to teach it the weld paths and points you require, this makes the system the ideal solution for quality one off parts, small batch runs and larger scale production.

The standard system includes the integration of the latest Fanuc CRX collaborative and an IPG LightWELD XC laser source, giving up to 1500W of power for welding, and high-frequency pulsed power up to 2500W.

A compact footprint, a class 1 laser guard enclosure and two work table options are other features incorporated within the Hyperion LightWELD system.

The standard system can include a number of options, including a wire feeder, extraction sytstem, manual rotary axis, 7th robot axis and clamps and datums for the work table.
